A Palestinian inspired, Mediterranean Fusion Lounge, serving guests since 2009. Situated in the
beautiful Masyoun Heights in the city of Ramallah, on a renovated Ottoman Building with a rosy
summer garden.
We choose Orjuwan, the color Magenta in Arabic, as a name to represent us as it represent our
ancient ancestors the Canniness. The were called, the Orjuwan People, for they have invented the
Magenta Dye and where trading it throughout the Mediterranean. Like them, we choose to carry our
vision in their color to world starting from our birthplace, Palestine.
A culinary experience not to be missed for anyone who enjoys the art of dinning. The stunningly
renovated building coupled with a warm and cozy aesthetic, provides the perfect ambience and
backdrop where one enjoys gourmet food that takes its inspiration from Mediterranean fine
